Dog Walking

Walkies will be approximately 30 or 45 minutes in length, and will be localised to the area you live (dependent on the walks available). The walking time will begin upon arrival to the walk, rather than from the time we leave your house. Your loveable hound will then be returned to you happy, content, and well exercised (and hopefully rather tired!).​

One-to-one walks can be requested. As can group walks, with a small fee applied for each additional dog.

Dogs will be walked by lead - or long lunge lines - unless a written agreement has been signed by the owner, allowing the dog to run free. Although your dog will also then be required to have a good recall!

​​Cat Sitting

​Allowing a person to enter into a cats' own, familiar, home environment can often cause a lot less stress and upset, than if they were to be uprooted and taken to a new, strange place. Cats are a creature of habit - especially house cats. This is why I offer a home visiting service, which allows them to feel safe and secure in their own home whilst their 'parents' are out holidaying or working hard.

This service includes, feeding, changing of water, cleaning of litter tray, letting in/out, cuddles and a playtime. Additional services can be added upon request, including opening/closing curtains, switching on/off lights, watering of house plants.

A small surcharge may be added if a request adds considerable time to a visit e.g. watering of garden plants etc.

Other animals within the home can also be cared for, with a small additional charge added.

​Small Animal Care

Even the smaller creatures in your life need careful consideration when you are going away.

From rabbits and guinea pigs, to hamsters/rats and reptiles; all can be catered for in my home visiting service. This will include feeding, water bowls/bottles changing, a skip out, or proper clean depending on yours and their needs, and a cuddle for those that enjoy them!​

As with the cat sitting, additional services can be added, as well as extra animals, for a small surcharge. This includes plant watering, switching lights on/off, opening/closing curtains etc.

Small Animal Boarding

This service option is relatively cheaper than the usual home visit, as it does not include travel time/petrol costs.

If you are in need of someone to care for your small furry, in a friendly, clean, caring home environment, while you are unable to, then why not consider dropping them by my home.​

Here they will get the care and attention they need, within a home environment.

(This includes small caged animals, rather than hutch animals, such as rabbits and guinea pigs).

 

1 Cage Per Night:   £4.50

Equine Services

Perhaps you are going away on holiday and need someone to look after your beloved horse/pony whilst you are away? Or maybe work is becoming a bit hectic? You might even just fancy a day off? Whatever the reason, I am here to help.

With experience ranging from all personalities and sizes of horse, and with a calm, mild manner.

I can assist with

 

Half Day** (Includes Feed / Hay / Water / Turn Out / Muck Out):  £10.00

Full Day** (Includes the Half Day plus Bring In / Rug Change / Feet Picked): £14.00

 

Appointment Attendance (Farrier / Dentist / Vet etc):  £10.00 per hour  

                                                                                              £5.00 per extra half hour

​Puppy/Elderly Dog Care

​As an animal ages, toileting may become more of an issue, and small accidents may begin to occur. If this is the case, then I can provide a mid-day visit, allowing for your beloved pet to be let out for a bathroom break, and for their water/food bowls to be replenished, as well as that all-important cuddle. ​

Of course, this isn't a service only limited to mid-day, and can be at a time that is convenient for you and for them.

This service can also be applied to puppies. In addition, short walks to reinforce training, or to clean up accidents can be included.

 

Prices may vary depending on requirements, but a rough guide can be seen below.

Holiday Property Maintenance

When leaving your property unattended for a length of time, security can be a worry. Perhaps you do not own any pets, but are worried that your house may be more susceptible to criminals whilst you are away?

If this is the case, then my service allows your house to appear as if someone is at home. This service includes switching lights on/off, closing/opening of curtains, watering of house plants, and the sorting of post. Additional requests can be added.

A small surcharge may be added if a request adds considerable time to a visit e.g. watering of garden plants.
