There are several Terms and Conditions that you must consider before booking an appointment for your beloved pet.

*   Whilst your home is within my care, I will take all steps to ensure that it is safe and secure, but cannot be held responsible for burglaries/ accidents or damages caused by your pets.

*   Similarly, the owner accepts full liability for any loss or damage caused by their dog whilst out on a walk.

*   A trusted third party number must be supplied in case of an emergency, along with your vet details, and any known allergies.

*   A consent form will need to be signed permitting me to act on your behalf in the event of an emergency.

*   Any veterinary cost will be owners responsibility.

*   Also, please note that i am not liable for any vet bill or third party claims.

*   I will retain all communication/ receipts from the vet for the use of their owner.

*   I cannot be held responsible for any injury caused by the dog itself or by being attacked by another dog/ human. Hopefully a case like this should not arise.

*   Dogs must be up-to-date on worming/ flea treatments if to socialise with other dogs from different households.

*   I must be informed of any aggression, behavioral problems/ traits/ vices the dog may have.

*   All dogs will remain on lead unless confident of recall, and prior agreement has been reached and written permission given. This to ensure any unnecessary heartbreak!

*   Walking times may be cut short using personal judgement if it is deemed in best interest/ safety of the dog (e.g. weather/ injury/ age).

*   No more than 4 dogs to be walked at any one time. This ensures that they can be social whilst still receiving a large amount of human interaction. This is also dependent on size and strength of dog!

*   Your booking time is estimated only. I will make every effort to arrive at the given time, however, unforeseen circumstances/ road issues may arise.

*   A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking.

*   Bank holidays are charged at double rates.

*   I reserve the right to decline/ cancel a booking in any given circumstance.

*   Fuel surcharge may be applied dependent on location, although I will try to keep this to a minimum.
